Creating technical and economical justification

"Implementation of works on creation of unified information base about the status of surface water bodies of Karaganda region" technical and economical justification was created. During the development were collected and analyzed following stuff: materials of water resource of Karaganda region, materials of designing and setting of water protection zone of water bodies, environmental and ecological legislation requirements. As a result of work were formulated the requirements for the structure, composition and technical characteristics of the knowledge base, worked out methods and methodology of filling and maintenance of the database and the requirements for hosting and processing equipment.
