Creating the automated information-graphic system of state urban cadaster baseline of the Kyzylorda city

During implementing  AIS SUC of Kyzylorda were collected, scanned and processed paper-based materials of planning-cartographic basis, master plan, PDP, town-planning regulations, etc. The structure of geoinformation database and layers of electronic map were developed. As part of more than 100 thematic layers vector electronic map of the city was created. Materials of town-planning elements, road network and buildings were updated using high definition ERS-space images. Field work for the definition and updating of engineering networks and communications were conducted.

Using data from the Department of Justice, has been made and updated key technical data of buildings and carried out the data binding of the address register. Developed thematic layers of electronic map in the context of socio-economic development of the city-layers of objects of education and health objects, social and cultural facilities, etc. For all objects have been collected and made major technical and economic characteristics.
